ABOUT US

We are the 14th executive committee of the Undergraduate Law Society of the Student Union of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Session 2022-2023.

Originated from Iroquois, 'Orenda' stands for 'a spiritual force present in all objects or humans which empowers them to affect the world'. It reflects our ambition to serve our Basic Members wholeheartedly, and act upon the voices of our Basic Members. We pledge to bring the most benefits to our fellow Members by providing leisure and academic events, in the hope that they flourish in life at law school.

二零二二至二零二三年度第十四屆香港中文大學學生會法律學院院會 Orenda

 

作為法律學院的正式學生代表，本會將虛心聆聽會員的訴求，並會加強本會會員，法律學院和法律界之間的聯繫。

 

‘Orenda’ 源自聚居於北美土著的易洛魁民族，意思是「一股令眾人都能改變世界的神秘力量」。這比喻着本會衷心為會員服務的志向，及以行動實踐會員的聲音。本會會竭盡所能為會員帶來最大的福利，其中包括學業和課餘娛樂的活動，從而希望在此艱難的時刻為會員在法律學院的生活增添更多的色彩。
